DELIVERY TIME

We offer one of the best lead times in the market of 2-8 weeks. Current delivery times are always announced on the home page of our website.

DELIVERY METHOD

– We offer standard kerbside delivery to most parts of the UK. The delivery price varies according to your location and is shown at the checkout. We typically do not deliver to highlands and islands. Please contact us and we may be able to help you arrange the delivery to remote territories for an additional fee.

– Placement & Assembly service costs £379 in England & Wales. Please request a quote for Scotland. More information here: Placement & Assembly Service.

WARRANTY

– A general 2-year guarantee period applies to Gardenvity products for factory defects.

– Some individual parts/accessories (steps, shelves, glass holders, insulated faux leather cover, thermometer, heater doors, ash drawer) are subject to our 12-month warranty.

– It is crucial for you to read thoroughly and follow the instructions on installation, operation and maintenance of Gardenvity products since failure to do so can result in damages that are not covered by our warranty.

– Gardenvity shall take all necessary steps to rectify the issue and/or parts as we deem appropriate. It is essential that we work together to reach a satisfactory resolution promptly.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The buyer has the right to return unused and otherwise undamaged products by informing the seller about it no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

– Shipping and transportation costs related to return shall be paid in advance by the buyer.

– The seller shall refund the monetary amount paid by the buyer within 30 days from the delivery of the returned product to the seller.
